4. Process and materials: steel tube wheel 7.50V-20 rim adopts 12lw hot rolled profile, with two specifications of standard and thickened, heavy and durable. The disc is made of Q235B plate, which can be made into various specifications of 12mm-20mm according to the needs of customers. The spinning process is thinning from top to bottom to enhance the density of steel. The rim is formed by flash seamless welding process. The wheel rim and disc are assembled by zero gap press fit submerged arc welding to improve the dynamic balance effect of the wheel. The painting process of semi-finished product after fine grinding adopts pickling phosphating cathodic electrophoresis double-layer baking process, and the finished product has uniform film thickness and good gloss. Color and thickness can be customized with customers, various styles and flexible packaging methods.
