4. Detailed introduction: Forged aluminum wheels 17.5X6.0 use 6061 aluminum bar as raw material, which is sawed and cut after flaw detection and tensile test of raw material. After three times of forging and pressing, it is sent to German Leifeld vertical automatic spinning machine for spinning into semi-finished products. After strict heat treatment, the semi-finished products enter the automatic processing production line. Finally, detection, cleaning, packaging and warehousing.
